Your order, once placed, will be shipped within 2 business days. we do not ship orders on weekends. once your order leaves our facilities, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays due to uncontrollable events or unforeseen natural circumstances. however, please contact us with any issues and we will do our best to assist you.

OUTSIDE OF THAILAND

We ship internationally via fedex or dhl. international shipping usually takes 3 business days but can take up to 7 business days. Please note that local duties and other fees may incur and they are not included in our invoices. all international packages are subject to local taxes and duties upon delivery. Twiga will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs or other costs that may incur upon delivery of your order(s) in your territory. if you wish to receive a duties and taxes quote, please email us at info@twigabkk.com. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

THAILAND

We offer free domestic shipping via kerry express. domestic shipping usually takes 1-2 days for outside of Bangkok and 1 day for Bangkok.
For line orders, you will receive a tracking number from our admin when your order is shipped.
For website orders, you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
If you’d like your packages to be delivered via a messenger service, please contact us prior to placing your order. we do not recommend this option. should you decide to use this option, you will be responsible for the full delivery costs and we will only be responsible for handing over the package to the messenger.
